We’ve been doing gym with Nick as our trainer for about 3 months now and it’s been awesome so far. We told him to go gradually when we started and our main purpose was weight loss first and then a bit of muscle building. He listened to us and now we feel much stronger and lean. I lost about 4kg and still going on. It never felt like some stranger teaching us exercise, he’s been very friendly and cooperative during training. We do mix of cardio, weights and boxing now.

I have been training with coach Nick for two months now and it has been a fantastic experience. He has set a good routine based on my fitness goals and is always motivating to push my limits. Nick has a very good technical understanding for each exercise & muscle group. Most of all it is fun to workout with him and jazz up sessions with some boxing as well!

My 18 year old son trained with Coach Max for 12 sessions. Initially, my son disliked the training sessions.
